The PVC pipe production line consists of conical twin-screw extruder, mold, vacuum tank, haul-off machine, cutting machine, tracker and belling machine.The extruder is adopted with imported AC frequency conversion speed regulating device, and screw material is high quality alloy steel, Heating unit is mainly composed of cast aluminum heater and stainless steel casing, and has excellent thermal conductivity of metal alloy to ensure uniform temperature of hot surface. The vacuum pump and haul-off machine motor adopt famous brands. There are two-claw, three-claw, and six-claw traction methods. Saw blade or planetary cutting can be used. It can also be equipped with length counting and thickening devices.
