Merchant Service Terms

 

1. Application and Review for Joining

   - Merchants need to submit an application for joining and provide relevant qualification documents.

   - The platform will review the merchant's qualifications and business status, and has the right to decide whether to accept the application.

   - After the review is passed, the merchant needs to sign a cooperation agreement with the platform.

 

2. Product Release and Management

   - Merchants can publish, edit and manage their product information through the backend system.

   - Product information needs to comply with the platform's release rules and requirements, otherwise it may be taken offline.

   - Merchants should ensure the truthfulness and accuracy of product information.

 

3. Order Processing and Delivery

   - Merchants need to promptly confirm and process the order information transmitted by the platform.

   - The product delivery time must not exceed the agreed deadline, and the delivery quality must be ensured.

   - Merchants should actively track the order status and communicate with buyers in a timely manner.

 

4. After-sales Service

   - Merchants need to set up a comprehensive after-sales service system, including returns, exchanges, and repairs.

   - Merchants should process the buyer's after-sales requests within the specified time and provide high-quality service.

   - For malicious return and exchange behaviors, the platform has the right to take appropriate measures.

 

5. Fee Settlement

   - Merchants need to pay various fees to the platform on time.

   - The platform will regularly settle the sales proceeds of the merchants and deduct the relevant fees.

   - The settlement cycle and method are stipulated in the cooperation agreement between the two parties.

 

6. Violation Handling

   - If the platform discovers any violations by the merchant, it has the right to take measures such as taking the product offline, deducting the deposit, and terminating the cooperation.

   - Serious violators may be blacklisted and prohibited from re-joining.

   - Merchants should actively cooperate with the platform's investigation and handling.
